About the Role
You'll lead business development across a designated territory within driving distance of Charlotte, responsible for growing our financial services client base and expanding assets under management. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial services professionals and institutional clients across your territory
- Close investment mandates and grow client assets through consultative, solutions-focused selling
- Convert qualified leads into revenue opportunities and manage your sales pipeline
- Oversee client onboarding, account administration, and service delivery from a remote environment
- Collaborate with investment, operations, and management teams to ensure excellent client experiences
- Own revenue targets and sales accountability within your regional market
