• Respond promptly to service requests from homeowners and operations teams
• Document all work completed and maintain accurate service records
• Ensure all repairs meet safety codes and company specifications

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician, handyman, or in a similar trade role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
