About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll manage all phases of fertilizer production at our US facility. What You'll Do
- Direct and supervise production staff through all stages of fertilizer manufacturing: material receiving, batch mixing, product bagging, precise weighing, warehouse management, and order processing
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members follow proper procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor daily production activities, identify process inefficiencies, and execute immediate corrective measures
- Create and manage receiving and shipping schedules to optimize production flow and meet delivery commitments
- Track quality metrics and performance benchmarks, investigating any deviations and implementing improvements
- Establish standard procedures and controls to minimize product losses and material waste
- Partner with management on process improvements and production planning initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in production management, operations leadership, or manufacturing supervision
- Proven success leading and developing production teams in a manufacturing or processing environment
- Solid grasp of quality assurance principles and ability to maintain consistent product standards
