About the Role

As a Carpenter, you'll perform critical structural and finishing work across commercial job sites. Your work will include rough framing, concrete carpentry, interior finishing, and custom installations. You'll interpret blueprints, coordinate with project teams, and maintain the high-quality standards that define professional construction work.

What You'll Do

• Perform rough carpentry, concrete carpentry, and finish carpentry on commercial projects
• Read blueprints and translate designs into precise structural installations
• Measure, cut, fit, and install wood framing, doors, windows, trim, and other components
• Operate hand and power tools with safety and precision
• Work as part of construction crews to meet project deadlines and quality standards
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain jobsite cleanliness
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, contractors, and fellow trades

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in carpentry—whether residential, commercial, industrial, or heavy construction
• Solid understanding of carpentry tools, techniques, and materials
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction documents
• Commitment to safety and attention to quality details
• Reliable transportation for work across the Saint Louis area
• Valid driver's license and full-time availability
• Strong work ethic and professional communication skills
