Be ready to walk through multi-party partnership deals you owned end to end: how you sourced or prioritized partners, structured the agreement, measured success, and recovered when a partnership underperformed. Expect scenarios on stakeholder conflict, prioritization across a thin pipeline, and how you would represent Rocket Travel’s partnership strategy from a Chicago base.
Best fit is an experienced partnerships leader who can set strategy and still close and steward deals, comfortable on-site in Chicago with senior-level external presence. Thin company/occupation data means culture and comp must be validated directly with Rocket Travel.
