About the Role
As Director, Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem at Castlight Health, you will own the company's ecosystem strategy from vision through execution. Reporting to the SVP of Growth, you will reshape a portfolio of roughly 40 strategic partners into a repeatable, scalable revenue engine. This is far more than a relationship-management position — it is a builder's role for a transformational leader who turns partnerships into a disciplined growth function. This is a full-time, US-based position.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, articulate, and drive Castlight Health's overall ecosystem and partnership strategy.
- Convert a portfolio of approximately 40 strategic partners into a coordinated, scalable system for commercial growth.
- Identify, prioritize, and cultivate high-value partner opportunities that expand market reach and revenue.
- Partner closely with the SVP of Growth and cross-functional leaders to align ecosystem goals with broader business objectives.
- Establish frameworks, processes, and metrics that make partnership outcomes measurable and repeatable.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership in strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem strategy, ideally within healthcare or technology.
- A track record of building scalable, growth-oriented programs rather than simply maintaining existing accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate partner relationships into tangible revenue results.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and executive influence skills.
- Comfort operating with autonomy in a fast-moving, transformation-focused environment.
