About the Role
As a Staff Consultant in Health Information Management, you'll support Oracle's healthcare consulting practice by working within project teams to analyze complex health information systems, processes, and data challenges. You'll collaborate with experienced consultants and healthcare organizations to design and implement solutions that strengthen data integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance across healthcare environments.
What You'll Do
- Partner with project teams to analyze healthcare data, workflows, and information management practices
- Develop and document technical and functional recommendations for healthcare clients
- Support the design and implementation of health information management solutions aligned with industry standards and regulations
- Research and apply best practices in healthcare data governance, systems integration, and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to quality assurance and validation of deliverables across consulting engagements
- Learn and apply Oracle's healthcare platforms and tools in real-world consulting scenarios
What We're Looking For
- Background in healthcare information management, health information systems, or related healthcare operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively within team environments
- Understanding of healthcare data standards, compliance requirements, and information governance principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and healthcare IT systems (Oracle experience a plus)
