About the Role

As a Senior Business Banker, you will build and manage a robust portfolio of business clients, delivering comprehensive financial solutions tailored to their growth. This full-time position is central to our community bank's mission of strengthening the economies we serve through trusted partnerships and personalized banking expertise.

What You'll Do

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with business owners and corporate clients, understanding their financial goals and challenges
• Structure and originate commercial loans, lines of credit, and deposit products aligned with client needs
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and credit profiles to make sound lending decisions
• Cross-sell and promote a full range of business banking services, from treasury management to payroll solutions
• Manage ongoing account relationships, serving as the primary contact for client concerns and opportunities
• Maintain regulatory compliance and strong documentation standards
• Collaborate with internal teams—credit, operations, and risk management—to ensure seamless service delivery

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial banking experience, preferably in a relationship management or credit role
• Demonstrated success building and managing a business client portfolio
• Thorough understanding of commercial lending products, credit analysis, and risk management
• Strong financial acumen and ability to read and interpret financial statements
• Excellent communication and consultative sales skills
• Ability to thrive in a community-focused banking environment
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience)
