As an HR Performance Center Representative, you're the frontline advocate for employees seeking clarity on their benefits, coverage details, and enrollment options. You'll manage the day-to-day operations of our benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a positive experience for everyone who contacts your team.

What You'll Do

• Answer employee questions about healthcare plans, coverage levels, and benefit eligibility with accuracy and clarity
• Process benefits enrollment cycles, including adding beneficiaries, updating coverage selections, and managing plan changes
• Handle payment processing and financial transactions related to employee benefits accounts
• Address inquiries about network tier exceptions and plan-specific coverage rules
• Input and maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and benefits platforms
• Follow established protocols, communication templates, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency
• Recognize situations requiring escalation or specialized guidance and route appropriately
• Provide customer-focused support that reflects FMOLHS's commitment to employee satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service experience in a benefits, HR, or administrative support role
• Ability to explain complex benefits information in clear, accessible language
• Attention to detail and accuracy when managing employee records and financial data
• Comfort navigating HR systems and data management tools
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently while maintaining quality
