About the Role

What You'll Do
- Review and verify medication orders to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and safety

- Provide clinical medication counseling and pharmaceutical information to patients and healthcare providers

- Support compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and institutional safety protocols
What We're Looking For
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE-accredited program
- Current, unrestricted pharmacy license in the state of Alabama
- Clinical pharmacy experience or demonstrated readiness to practice in a patient-facing role
- Proficiency in clinical assessment, drug interaction analysis, and therapeutic decision-making
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work collaboratively across disciplines
