About the Role

As an In Home Caregiver with Cornerstone Caregiving, you'll work directly with clients to support their daily activities, maintain their independence, and help them live with dignity in their own homes. You'll be an essential part of our care team, building trust-based relationships while delivering reliable, attentive support.

What You'll Do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure client safety and comfort
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and support nutritional needs
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client health or well-being to supervisors
• Maintain accurate, respectful documentation of care provided

What We're Looking For

• Physical ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Reliability and commitment to flexible scheduling
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality
• Valid driver's license (preferred)
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain (may be required based on role)
