About the Role

This is a full-time summer position with KE Camps, the nation's premier operator of day camp programs across private country clubs nationwide. As a counselor-intern, you'll work within a dedicated team delivering engaging, safe, and enriching camp experiences. KE Camps partners with over 230 country clubs across the United States and is built on the principle that staff excellence drives program quality—which is why we provide extensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support to every team member.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and engage elementary-aged campers during structured activities, games, sports, and field trips
• Design and lead age-appropriate recreational, creative, and educational programming that encourages participation and skill development
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive camp environment by modeling respect and enforcing safety protocols
• Build meaningful relationships with campers, families, and fellow counselors
• Document camper progress and communicate observations to supervisors
• Assist with camp logistics, setup, and facility maintenance as part of the team
