About the Role
As a Barista, you'll be at the heart of our store, delivering craft beverages and memorable experiences that keep our community coming back. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and passion for quality directly impact every customer interaction. What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve specialty beverages with precision and consistency, meeting our exacting quality standards
- Engage warmly with customers, remember preferences, and build genuine relationships that make their visits meaningful
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately while managing transactions with efficiency
- Maintain store cleanliness and food safety standards, including equipment maintenance and sanitization
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during peak and off-peak hours
- Support inventory management and alert management to restocking needs
- Contribute to a positive team culture through communication and mutual support
