About the Role

As Senior Manager, Omnichannel Engagement Lead, you'll own the strategy for how patients and healthcare providers experience Genentech across all touchpoints—from web and mobile to email, social, events, and beyond. This is a hands-on leadership role that demands both strategic vision and operational excellence. You'll build and mentor high-performing teams, establish measurement frameworks that track engagement and patient outcomes, and drive organizational adoption of omnichannel best practices that advance patient health and business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Design and oversee end-to-end omnichannel engagement strategies that unify messaging, content, and customer experience across all patient and healthcare professional channels
• Lead marketing and engagement teams to plan, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel campaigns
• Build analytics and measurement systems to evaluate engagement effectiveness, conversion metrics, and health outcomes
• Develop scalable processes, campaign templates, and operational playbooks to enable consistent omnichannel execution
• Collaborate across medical affairs, brand, commercial, and patient advocacy to ensure aligned, compliant, and patient-centered messaging
• Identify and evaluate emerging engagement channels and technologies to expand patient reach and connection
• Mentor team members and serve as organizational thought leader on omnichannel patient engagement strategy

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of marketing or patient engagement experience, including 3+ years in senior management leading omnichannel, digital, or integrated marketing programs
• Proven track record designing and launching multi-channel campaigns in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries
• Deep expertise with digital marketing channels, marketing automation, customer data platforms, and analytics tools
• Demonstrated ability to lead, build, and develop high-performing teams in cross-functional environments
• Strategic mindset combined with strong execution discipline and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills across all organizational levels
• Genuine commitment to improving patient outcomes and advancing healthcare innovation
