Flatbed CDL Driver, OTR Route

System Transport is hiring full-time flatbed CDL-A drivers for OTR (Over-the-Road) and regional routes based in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. About the Role

As a flatbed driver with System Transport, you'll operate modern equipment hauling premium freight across the country. Your routes will carry specialized cargo including structural steel, aluminum products, architectural glass, industrial machinery, coil stock, and building materials to customers throughout the western United States and beyond. OTR drivers with System Transport combine the independence of long-haul trucking with the security of consistent work and predictable pay.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate flatbed trucks on overnight and multi-day routes, managing loads with precision and care
• Coordinate load placement, tie-down procedures, and equipment positioning on flatbed trailers
• Conduct pre-trip inspections, perform basic maintenance checks, and report vehicle issues promptly
• Meet delivery schedules while maintaining the highest safety and professionalism standards
• Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding load status, ETA, and any logistics concerns
• Comply with all DOT regulations, logbook requirements, and company safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• Current CDL-A license with flatbed experience and clean driving record
• Proven OTR or regional flatbed trucking experience
• Strong knowledge of load securement, tarping, and flatbed-specific operations
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on the road
• Commitment to safety, vehicle maintenance, and regulatory compliance
• Flexibility for overnight driving and multi-week routes
