As a Treatment Service Specialist with Aware, you'll work within the school environment to support students' emotional, behavioral, and social development. What You'll Do

• Deliver direct treatment and support services to students in school settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed with the clinical and educational team
• Use evidence-based strategies to help students develop coping, social, and life skills
• Monitor student progress and maintain detailed documentation
• Collaborate closely with school staff, parents, and clinical supervisors
• Respond to behavioral and emotional challenges with de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques
