Success Academy Charter Schools, Inc. is hiring a full-time Teacher for the 2025–26 school year at our new K-12 campus in Franklin Lakes. About the Role
As a Teacher in our expanding network, you'll work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and school leadership to deliver rigorous, engaging instruction that meets students where they are. Whether you're launching your teaching career or bringing years of classroom expertise, you'll join a community that prioritizes student achievement and professional growth.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver standards-aligned lessons across grade levels (K–12 campus scope)
- Build strong relationships with students and families to support academic and personal development
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with your school team on curriculum, school culture, and continuous improvement
- Maintain a classroom environment where all students feel safe, respected, and challenged to excel
- Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives
What We're Looking For
- A valid New York or New Jersey teaching certificate (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Passion for working with K–12 students and a commitment to equity in education
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of a brand-new campus community
- Experience with all levels—from first-year teachers to seasoned educators—is welcome
