About the Role
As a Server at Strawberry Alley Ale Works, you'll be the face of our restaurant and bar, delivering outstanding service in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. You'll combine knowledge of our craft beverage program with genuine care for every guest's experience.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through our menu of craft beers and chef-crafted food
- Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages with attention to quality and presentation
- Recommend pairings and menu highlights based on guest preferences
- Ensure tables remain clean and welcoming throughout the dining experience
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain smooth service flow
- Handle payments and transactions with accuracy
