About the Role

Safety-Kleen is hiring an experienced Sales and Service Rep to deliver exceptional onsite service to our commercial clients across the region. As a Sales and Service Route Driver, you'll operate our service vehicles to maintain long-standing customer relationships, diagnose equipment needs, and drive additional sales opportunities. This is an uncapped commission role—your earning potential grows with every successful service call and client interaction you close.

What You'll Do

• Drive a Class B box truck to customer sites, delivering reliable onsite service for parts washer machines and industrial equipment
• Pick up, transport, and manage containerized waste and equipment, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction
• Perform hands-on general labor, including moving drums (5 lbs to 800 lbs) using hand carts, drum dollies, and pallet jacks
• Work 10-12 hour days to meet service schedules and customer demands
• Build relationships with clients, identify upsell opportunities, and generate revenue through service upgrades and additional products
• Maintain accurate service records and coordinate logistics for ongoing customer accounts

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class B CDL with Hazmat/Tanker endorsement (we'll help you obtain this upon hire if needed)
• Strong general labor capabilities and comfort with physical work in varying environments
• Proven ability to operate hand trucks, drum dollies, and material handling equipment safely
• Customer service mindset with sales aptitude and communication skills
• Reliability and willingness to work extended hours to serve customer needs
• Mechanical problem-solving ability and attention to detail in equipment diagnostics
