About the Role

As our Back of House Team Member PM (Closing Shift), you're the backbone of evening food preparation and kitchen operations. Working through our busy dinner service and into close, you'll produce high-quality food, maintain kitchen standards, and ensure a smooth transition to the next day's crew.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and deliver high-quality food during evening and dinner service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout your shift
• Execute food preparation with speed and accuracy during peak dinner hours
• Complete disciplined closing procedures—cleaning, organizing equipment, and fully resetting the kitchen for the next shift
• Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth handoffs and strong communication
• Follow all food handling, safety, and company protocols

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong attention to detail and genuine commitment to food quality and safety
• Ability to work efficiently and stay focused during fast-paced dinner service
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of closing responsibly
• Team player with solid communication and initiative
• Previous food service or kitchen experience preferred but not required—we'll train the right person
