Harvest Seasonal Grill is hiring a full-time Line Cook to join our culinary team in the West End neighborhood of Harrisburg, Dauphin County. Starting wage is $18 per hour for an experienced cook ready to contribute to a growing kitchen.

This is a hands-on position requiring focus, consistency, and the ability to manage multiple stations during peak service. We're looking for someone who takes pride in food quality and works collaboratively with a professional kitchen team.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to established recipes and plating standards
• Manage your assigned station(s) with attention to food safety and sanitation protocols
• Maintain proper ingredient temperatures, portion control, and food quality standards
• Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Keep your work area organized, clean, and properly stocked throughout service
• Follow all health codes and restaurant safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation fundamentals
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
• Reliability and consistent attendance
• Attention to detail in food preparation and plating
• Willingness to take direction and work as part of a cohesive team
• Basic understanding of food safety and health code requirements
