Queen Creek Unified District is hiring a full-time Athletic Equipment Manager for Queen Creek High School, serving the 2026-2027 school year. This position is based on-site in Queen Creek, Maricopa County, Arizona, and offers an excellent opportunity to support the district's athletic programs by managing essential equipment and uniforms that keep student athletes competitive and safe.

About the Role

As Athletic Equipment Manager, you'll operate and maintain the athletic equipment facility, overseeing inventory, distribution, care, and storage of all team equipment and uniforms. Your work directly supports varsity and other athletic teams, requiring both operational knowledge and sound judgment in daily decision-making. You'll work closely with coaches and athletics staff to ensure seamless access to equipment when it's needed most.

What You'll Do

• Manage the athletic equipment room, maintaining organized systems for inventory tracking and equipment storage
• Issue, clean, repair, and maintain team equipment and uniforms in accordance with district standards
• Perform regular equipment inspections to ensure quality and safety for all athletes
• Work with coaching staff to coordinate equipment needs and schedules
• Keep detailed records of equipment assignment, condition, and maintenance
• Handle the physical demands of the role, including frequent lifting and standing throughout the workday

• High school diploma or equivalent credential
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds on a frequent basis
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
• Initiative, reliability, and sound judgment in day-to-day operations
