About the Role

You'll work closely with coaches and athletics staff to ensure seamless access to equipment when it's needed most.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the athletic equipment room, maintaining organized systems for inventory tracking and equipment storage
  • Issue, clean, repair, and maintain team equipment and uniforms in accordance with district standards
  • Perform regular equipment inspections to ensure quality and safety for all athletes
  • Work with coaching staff to coordinate equipment needs and schedules
  • Keep detailed records of equipment assignment, condition, and maintenance
  • Handle the physical demands of the role, including frequent lifting and standing throughout the workday
