Music Sales Advisors

About the Role

This position combines customer-facing sales expertise with the opportunity to grow Music & Arts' presence in the Southeastern community. You'll work toward meaningful sales targets that strengthen store performance, deepen customer relationships, and expand enrollment in music instruction programs—all while delivering the service level that defines Music & Arts' reputation.

What You'll Do

• Actively engage customers to understand their musical interests and recommend instruments, equipment, and accessories that fit their needs
• Build client relationships and follow up to encourage repeat business and loyalty
• Educate prospects about Music & Arts' comprehensive lesson offerings and enroll students into beginner, intermediate, and advanced instruction
• Coordinate with local educators and schools to create partnership opportunities and expand the lesson program's reach
• Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to store-wide profitability and growth targets
• Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and maintain store organization and product displays
• Mentor newer team members and take on operational leadership duties as needed

• Prior retail, music industry, or customer-facing sales experience is valued
