Return Agent- ATL- Atlanta Airport

Enterprise Rent-A-Car is hiring a full-time Return Agent at our College Park, Fulton County location near Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. If you're personable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment, this role offers the opportunity to be the final point of contact for our guests and help drive operational excellence at one of the busiest rental car locations in Atlanta.

About the Role

As a Return Agent for Enterprise Rent-A-Car in College Park, Fulton County, you'll process vehicle returns, manage rental transactions, and deliver outstanding customer service during the check-in experience. This full-time position is essential to keeping our Atlanta Airport location running smoothly and ensuring every customer leaves with a positive impression.

What You'll Do

• Welcome returning customers and process vehicle check-ins with accuracy and professionalism
• Inspect rental vehicles for damage, mileage, and fuel level, documenting findings thoroughly
• Process payments, resolve rental agreements, and close out customer accounts
• Answer customer questions about charges, insurance, and company policies
• Coordinate with the maintenance and detailing teams to prioritize vehicle preparation
• Maintain organized vehicle lot areas and keep work space clean and efficient
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
• Ability to stand and walk throughout your shift, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
