EY is hiring a Tax Services Manager for our Financial Services practice in Pittsburgh. In this role, you'll lead critical tax operations and reporting functions for our most important clients in the financial services sector, driving how we deliver comprehensive tax expertise to corporate clients.

About the Role

As Tax Services Manager overseeing Customer Tax Operations and Reporting (CTOR), you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end tax compliance and reporting processes for financial services clients. You'll lead delivery of tax services that matter, managing complex client engagements, ensuring accurate and timely filings, and building lasting partnerships. This is a full-time position based in Pittsburgh.

What You'll Do

• Direct tax operations and reporting for financial services clients across diverse industries
• Lead teams in preparing complex tax returns, regulatory filings, and compliance documentation
• Manage key client relationships, ensuring clear communication and delivery excellence
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain deep knowledge of evolving tax regulations impacting the financial services sector
• Mentor team members and support talent development within your practice area
• Oversee quality assurance and risk management for all tax deliverables

What We're Looking For

• CPA or equivalent professional tax accounting qualification
