About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategy and position our workforce solutions to enterprise and mid-market customers. You'll translate complex product capabilities into compelling customer narratives that resonate with HR leaders, business managers, and frontline workers. This is a full-time position based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that differentiate our workforce platform in a competitive market
• Create customer-focused messaging frameworks and positioning that articulate product value across multiple buyer personas
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to define customer success stories, case studies, and proof points
• Own the competitive landscape analysis and market insights that inform product decisions and campaign priorities
• Launch new features and capabilities through coordinated go-to-market programs that drive adoption and revenue impact
• Develop marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and thought leadership content that build credibility and trust
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities and refine our product narrative

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of product marketing experience with demonstrated success launching and scaling B2B software solutions
• Proven ability to synthesize technical product features into clear, customer-centric value propositions
• Strong understanding of the HR technology, workforce management, or related enterprise software markets
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies, launching products, and measuring marketing impact on pipeline and revenue
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment and track record of managing multiple initiatives and cross-functional stakeholder priorities
