About the Role

This is a full-time, over-the-road (OTR) owner operator position in our Open Deck Division. You'll operate your own tractor while partnering with Bennett Motor Express for consistent freight opportunities and dispatch support. This role combines the independence of running your own business with the backing of an established carrier that understands owner operator success.

What You'll Do

• Haul open deck freight across the United States as an independent contractor
• Manage your own tractor and maintain compliance with all DOT regulations
• Coordinate with dispatch to optimize your loads and routes
• Ensure safe, on-time delivery of freight to designated locations
• Maintain detailed logs and documentation for each trip

What We're Looking For

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Minimum 1 year of professional trucking experience
• Ownership or financing capability of your own tractor
• Strong safety record and commitment to compliance
• Reliability and professionalism in every load
