Litigation Attorney (Personal Injury)

Gpac is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney specializing in personal injury law to join our Bellevue, King County office on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to advocate for plaintiffs in high-impact cases involving catastrophic injuries and significant losses, from motor vehicle accidents to traumatic brain injuries.

About the Role

As a Litigation Attorney with a personal injury focus at Gpac, you'll handle complex plaintiff representation across the full lifecycle of injury claims. This is a role for an attorney who thrives in the courtroom and excels at securing meaningful outcomes for clients who have suffered life-altering harm.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and develop complex personal injury claims through thorough investigation and case analysis
• Manage discovery, depositions, and all pretrial proceedings
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of injured plaintiffs
• Prepare cases for trial and provide skilled courtroom advocacy
• Counsel clients through every phase of their legal matter
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and demand packages
• Maintain organized case files and meet all court deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Licensed attorney with a strong track record in personal injury litigation
• Demonstrated trial experience and comfort with courtroom advocacy
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to build strong client relationships and manage expectations
