As a Bilingual Mandarin Legal Case Manager at Corporate Immigration Attorneys in Rolling Meadows, you will be the organizational backbone behind employment-based immigration petitions. Working on-site, you will guide cases from intake to submission while communicating clearly with clients in Mandarin, Spanish, and English. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and review immigration petition packages for accuracy and completeness before filing.
• Manage and track a portfolio of active cases, monitoring deadlines and progress at every stage.
• Organize supporting documentation and maintain orderly, up-to-date client files.
• Coordinate the timely submission of petitions and related filings.
• Communicate with clients in Mandarin, Spanish, and English to gather materials and provide status updates.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to keep matters moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in Mandarin and Spanish, in addition to English.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced legal setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfort working with documentation, case files, and filing processes; prior experience in legal, immigration, or administrative support is an asset.
• Available to work full-time on-site in Rolling Meadows, Cook County.
