About the Role

What You'll Do
- Counsel employers on discrimination law, wage-and-hour regulations, policy development, and regulatory compliance
- Draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, severance documents, and related contracts
- Represent clients in employment-related litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution
- Guide management and HR teams through employee relations matters and risk assessment
- Conduct compliance training and legal workshops for client organizations
- Identify and cultivate new client relationships and revenue opportunities
- Mentor and supervise junior attorneys on employment law matters
What We're Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school with active bar admission (Massachusetts preferred)
- 5-7+ years of employment law experience, preferably in a firm setting
- Demonstrated expertise in employer representation and employment litigation
- Strong skills in legal writing, client communication, and case management
- Proven ability to independently manage a portfolio of client matters
- Track record of business development or client relationship building
- Leadership experience or readiness for a senior role within a law firm
