About the Role

As our Meetings and Special Events Manager, you'll play a vital role in bringing memorable gatherings to life. You'll collaborate across our sales, operations, and catering teams to ensure every conference, celebration, and corporate function exceeds expectations. Your expertise will guide events from initial planning through flawless execution and follow-up, creating seamless experiences for our guests and internal stakeholders alike.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate all aspects of meetings and special events, from concept to completion
• Facilitate smooth handoffs between sales and operations teams to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Manage event logistics, timelines, vendor relationships, and setup requirements
• Communicate directly with clients and event planners to understand their vision and needs
• Ensure departmental strategies are implemented consistently across all events
• Respond quickly to changes and solve challenges during event execution
• Collaborate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments for seamless service delivery

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
• Proven experience in event coordination, hotel operations, or meetings management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills with guests, clients, and cross-functional teams
• Professional demeanor and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as event schedules require
