Target is hiring for a full-time General Merchandise and Food position at our Victor, New York location. This role combines responsibilities across merchandise, closing, fulfillment, inbound operations, and food and beverage service—including our Starbucks café. You'll be part of a team dedicated to creating a welcoming shopping experience for every guest.

About the Role

As a General Merchandise and Food Team Member, you're essential to our store's daily operations. This hands-on position gives you the opportunity to develop skills across multiple departments and functions, gaining valuable experience in how Target maintains its reputation for efficiency and guest satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Stock, organize, and present General Merchandise displays throughout the store
• Conduct closing procedures, including register operations and cash handling
• Pick, pack, and prepare guest orders for in-store fulfillment and guest services
• Receive, process, and organize inbound shipments and inventory stock
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in our Starbucks café, following food safety standards
• Deliver friendly, efficient guest service at checkout and throughout the store
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with pricing updates
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily sales and operational goals

• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift items regularly
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail in merchandising, fulfillment, and food handling
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new tasks and processes
• Food safety knowledge or willingness to obtain certification
