About the Role

As a Tax Associate at our TurboTax Store location, you'll deliver tax preparation and filing services directly to customers in our Chicago retail environment. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll combine tax knowledge with strong interpersonal skills to guide customers through their filing needs and ensure they receive accurate, personalized service.

What You'll Do

• Consult with customers to understand their tax situations and identify the best filing approach for their circumstances
• Prepare and file tax returns using TurboTax software and company systems
• Explain tax concepts, deductions, credits, and filing requirements in clear, accessible language
• Review completed returns for accuracy and compliance before submission
• Answer customer questions about documentation needs and the filing process
• Maintain detailed records and follow all tax preparation and regulatory protocols
• Contribute to a welcoming retail environment and represent Intuit's commitment to customer service excellence
