Join CoStar Group as a Senior Sales Executive leading commercial real estate marketplace growth across Central Florida. In this full-time regional role based in Orlando, you'll drive revenue while connecting commercial property professionals to industry-leading digital solutions.

About the Role

CoStar Group seeks an accomplished sales leader to expand Ten-X's market presence throughout the Orlando and Central Florida region. You'll lead enterprise and mid-market client acquisition, leveraging CoStar's suite of commercial real estate information, analytics, and marketplace tools to solve real business challenges for brokers, investors, and property professionals.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategy to build Ten-X's commercial real estate client base across Central Florida
  • Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with institutional investors, commercial brokers, and property owners
  • Present CoStar's digital solutions and marketplace value proposition to C-suite and decision-making executives
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key commercial real estate market participants
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client onboarding and retention
  • Monitor local market dynamics, competitive positioning, and emerging regional opportunities in Orlando and Orange County

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record closing enterprise deals in commercial real estate, technology, or financial services
  • Deep understanding of commercial real estate workflows, investment cycles, and market dynamics
  • Strong consultative selling ability and success translating features into meaningful client outcomes
  • Existing relationships or active network within the Central Florida commercial real estate community
  • Strategic thinker who balances short-term sales targets with long-term account development
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business development, real estate, or enterprise sales
