Honeywell is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Sales Representative to lead hospitality technology sales across the West Coast, based in Helena, Montana. This full-time position offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth while helping hotel properties enhance guest experience through innovative guestroom automation and energy management solutions.
About the Role
As Senior Technical Sales Representative for Honeywell's hospitality brands—INNCOM and Onity—you'll serve as the strategic technology partner for hotel operators seeking competitive advantage through advanced building systems. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you'll develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that connect hotel owners, operators, and technology decision-makers with industry-leading guestroom automation and energy management platforms.
What You'll Do
- Develop and expand your sales pipeline by identifying opportunities with hotel properties across the West Coast region
- Conduct consultative sales conversations with hotel management, ownership groups, and decision-makers to understand their operational and guest experience priorities
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations of guestroom automation and energy management solutions tailored to each property
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business value—highlighting guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and energy cost reduction
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospect engagement through contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth customer deployments and ongoing satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to refine sales messaging and strategy
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated success in enterprise B2B sales or complex technology sales environments
- Technical understanding of guestroom automation and energy management systems or related building technology
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to engage C-level and operations executives
- Strong self-motivation and ability to independently develop territory and manage sales pipeline
- Based in or able to serve the West Coast region from Helena, Montana
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or hospitality-related field, or equivalent professional experience
