About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Assistant to join our travel healthcare team at a skilled nursing facility in Seneca. You'll deliver patient-centered rehabilitation services, implement therapeutic interventions, and build meaningful connections in a close-knit community healthcare setting. This full-time position features consistent weekday scheduling with 8-hour days.

What You'll Do

• Implement therapeutic exercises and mobility training programs under clinical supervision
• Assist patients with rehabilitation activities aligned to their individualized treatment plans
• Record patient progress, treatment interventions, and clinical observations in medical records
• Prepare and maintain therapy treatment spaces and equipment
• Work collaboratively with physical therapists, nursing staff, and care teams
• Support patients' functional independence and activities of daily living goals

What We're Looking For

• Current, active Physical Therapy Assistant license or credential
• 1+ years of professional experience in skilled nursing, acute care, or rehabilitation therapy
• Excellent interpersonal and patient communication abilities
• Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic
• Ability to relocate for the duration of this 13-week travel assignment
• Valid driver's license and clear background screening
