CompHealth is seeking a board-certified neurologist for locums coverage in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide expert neurological care while maintaining scheduling flexibility through locum tenens work.

About the Role

As a neurologist with CompHealth, you'll deliver comprehensive patient care across a broad spectrum of neurological conditions. This locums position is designed to support healthcare facilities in the Minneapolis area with flexible staffing arrangements while maintaining clinical excellence and continuity of care.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and treat patients with various neurological disorders and conditions
• Conduct thorough neurological evaluations including patient history, physical examination, and assessment
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as EEG, EMG, imaging studies, and laboratory work
• Develop individualized treatment plans for conditions including stroke, seizure disorders, movement disorders, dementia, and neuropathies
• Manage acute and chronic neurological cases across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Provide specialist consultation and coordinate care with primary care teams and other healthcare providers
• Maintain comprehensive medical documentation and ensure compliance with clinical protocols

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO degree with board certification in neurology
• Current, unrestricted Minnesota medical license
• Active DEA registration
• Proven clinical experience in neurology
