About the Role
Jumpstart Robotics runs a structured Talent Pool specifically for recent graduates ready to enter the robotics industry. You'll work on real client projects from day one, translating your academic foundation into hands-on professional experience. This program connects early-career talent with meaningful work and mentorship opportunities across our growing client network.
What You'll Do
- Support robotics development and engineering projects alongside experienced team members
- Apply technical skills from your degree to real-world challenges and innovation
- Participate in design, testing, prototyping, and implementation phases of client work
- Contribute to continuous improvement of robotics systems and product delivery
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to meet project goals and timelines
What We're Looking For
- Recently graduated or graduating within the next 6 months
- Degree in engineering, computer science, robotics, or related technical field
- Solid foundational knowledge in your field of study
- Genuine interest in robotics and technology innovation
- Ability to work collaboratively and learn in a professional setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
