About the Role
In this Account Specialist position, you'll manage critical administrative processes that support public sector health and human services agencies. Your work on payee changes and provider discharges will directly contribute to the operational efficiency and mission success of the agencies we partner with.
What You'll Do
- Process change of payee requests and validate account modifications for healthcare providers and vendors
- Manage provider discharge workflows, including documentation and compliance verification
- Respond to provider and agency inquiries regarding account status and changes
- Maintain detailed records and coordinate information across internal teams
- Generate reports and provide account data support to agency stakeholders

- Clear communication skills for working with providers, agencies, and internal teams
