About the Role
As the ISC FP&A Leader for Residential, you'll own financial strategy and planning for a core division within Trane Technologies. This leadership position combines strategic financial analysis with cross-functional collaboration to support our residential product portfolio and business growth.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and scenario analyses for the Residential segment
- Perform rigorous financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance optimization
- Lead annual budgeting cycles and manage ongoing variance analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and product teams to identify financial opportunities and business drivers
- Drive process improvements in financial planning and business intelligence capabilities
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executive teams
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of financial planning and analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing, HVAC, or residential markets
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing finance professionals and cross-functional teams
- Expert-level financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, financial planning platforms, and enterprise resource planning systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills with senior executives
- Strategic thinker who can translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent field
