Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

In this Assistant Store Manager position, you'll play an important part in our store's daily operations and customer experience. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure our Reading location runs smoothly, meets customer expectations, and achieves its business goals. This is a full-time role where you'll make a real difference in how customers find the automotive solutions they need.

What You'll Do

• Assist in managing all aspects of store operations and team activities
• Keep our inventory well-organized and fully stocked so customers can find what they need
• Help customers select the right automotive parts and solutions for their vehicles
• Share automotive expertise to enhance the customer shopping experience
• Support sales goals and contribute to a positive, professional store environment
• Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and team members

• Experience in retail or customer service, ideally with automotive knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to learn about automotive parts and grow in the retail sector
