In-Home Sales Representative

Bath Planet is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative in Jackson, Hinds County for a full-time, commission-based role with earning potential up to $100,000 annually. You'll help homeowners achieve the bathroom they want through our innovative remodeling solutions.

About the Role

You'll be the primary point of contact for homeowners interested in upgrading their bathrooms. This field-based position takes you into customers' homes throughout Jackson and Hinds County, where you'll consult with families about their renovation needs and guide them toward solutions that fit their budget and lifestyle. You'll own the sales process from initial consultation through closing.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and conduct in-home bathroom consultations with prospective clients
• Listen to homeowner concerns and identify specific remodeling goals
• Present Bath Planet's bathroom renovation options, including accessible and ease-of-maintenance selections
• Walk customers through product features, pricing, and financing to support their decision-making
• Move prospects through the sales pipeline and close agreements
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build referral relationships

What We're Looking For

• Direct sales or customer service background with demonstrable success
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to listen actively
• Confidence presenting solutions and managing objections
• Valid driver's license and reliable access to transportation
• Willingness to master product knowledge and service details
• Self-directed attitude toward earning through commission-based compensation
