About the Role
As Product Operations Specialist at Rezilient Health, you'll be the operational backbone supporting our product and engineering teams. You'll work at the intersection of product strategy, technology, and clinical care delivery—ensuring our CloudClinic platform operates smoothly, launches successfully, and continuously improves. This is a full-time position based in the US where you'll report directly to leadership and collaborate daily with product, engineering, design, and operations teams.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end product launch coordination, from planning through post-launch analysis and iteration
- Drive process improvements that remove bottlenecks and accelerate how we deliver features to patients
- Gather, analyze, and communicate data on product performance, feature adoption, and operational metrics
- Facilitate communication and alignment between product, engineering, clinical, and operations teams
- Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and systems that scale our delivery capabilities
- Support product roadmap execution and prioritization based on patient needs and business goals
- Identify operational risks early and develop solutions that strengthen our platform and processes
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of product operations, business operations, or project management experience
- Strong analytical skills with comfort using data to solve problems and inform decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities—you translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities without losing sight of deadlines
- Collaborative mindset: you thrive in cross-functional environments and build genuine partnerships
- Curiosity about healthcare, digital health, or how technology can improve patient outcomes (experience not required, mindset is)
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action in a growing startup environment
