Ruhrpumpen, Inc. seeks a talented Regional Sales Manager to lead channel sales across the Southeast and Texas markets. Based from home within a major metropolitan area—such as Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Birmingham, Raleigh, or Houston/Dallas—you'll drive revenue growth and forge lasting partnerships with OEM, EPC, and distribution partners serving mission-critical industries.
About the Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you'll own P&L responsibility for engineered pumping solutions across assigned territories. You'll cultivate and expand relationships with original equipment manufacturers, engineering and procurement contractors, and authorized distributors—leveraging Ruhrpumpen's global engineering excellence and reputation to win complex, high-value contracts.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with corporate objectives and market opportunities
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with OEM, EPC, and distribution channel partners
- Identify and qualify sales leads; manage the full sales cycle from prospect to closed deal
- Present engineered solutions to key decision-makers and navigate competitive landscapes
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer support teams to ensure customer success
- Track market trends and competitive activity; provide market intelligence to leadership
- Travel within region as needed to meet customers, attend industry events, and support channel partners
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record selling engineered industrial equipment, pumping solutions, or capital equipment to OEM or distribution channels
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel sales territories and channel partnerships
- Strong understanding of OEM and EPC procurement cycles and decision-making processes
- Consultative selling skills; ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Willingness to travel within the Southeast or Texas region
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; technical background a plus
