About the Role

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse on our Neuro Telemetry team, you'll provide direct patient care in a dynamic progressive care environment. You'll monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs, assist with diagnostic procedures, and work closely with RNs and physicians to implement individualized care plans. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and clinical judgment are essential—you'll help ensure every patient receives safe, timely care while maintaining accurate medical records.

What You'll Do

• Monitor patients' vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and neurological status throughout your shift
• Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures
• Respond promptly to patient needs and call lights
• Document patient information and observations in medical records
• Support nursing procedures and assist the care team as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain a clean, safe patient environment

What We're Looking For

• Current, valid LVN/LPN license in the state of Texas
• Proven experience in patient care settings
• Strong clinical foundation and understanding of telemetry monitoring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
