Vaco, a growing staffing and consulting firm, is seeking a Full Desk Accounting and Finance Recruiter for our Atlanta, Fulton County office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to own the complete recruiting process for accounting and finance professionals, building meaningful placements while driving business growth in a collaborative, empowered culture.

About the Role

In this full desk accounting and finance recruiter position, you'll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and placement. You'll develop strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike, understanding both technical requirements and cultural fit to create lasting placements in the accounting and finance sectors.

What You'll Do

• Source, screen, and interview accounting and finance candidates using multiple recruiting channels and strategies
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified accounting and finance talent
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, expectations, and career paths
• Manage the complete placement process, including offer negotiation and onboarding support
• Track recruitment metrics and deliver regular updates on placement progress and pipeline health
• Represent Vaco's brand and values in all candidate and client interactions
• Identify market trends and opportunities within the accounting and finance job market

What We're Looking For

• Proven recruiting experience, ideally in accounting, finance, or professional services
• Deep understanding of accounting and finance roles, skill sets, and career progression
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with diverse candidates and clients
• Results-driven mindset with the motivation to meet targets and grow revenue
• Comfort managing multiple placements in a fast-paced recruiting environment
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, job boards, and recruiting software
