About the Role

As an Accounting and Finance Recruiter at Vaco, you'll play a key role in our staffing operations, sourcing and placing qualified candidates in accounting and finance positions throughout the Atlanta area. This is a full-time position where you'll drive business growth by building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

What You'll Do

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for accounting and finance roles
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and finance departments
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the placement process
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements
• Stay current with market trends and compensation in accounting and finance
• Meet placement goals and performance metrics

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Knowledge of accounting and finance roles and skill requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build client relationships and close placements
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously
