About the Role

As a Media Executive with WNEM, part of the Gray Media family, you will represent one of the nation's leading local broadcast and digital brands in the Saginaw market. This is an on-site, full-time position focused on connecting local and regional businesses with audiences across television and digital platforms, helping advertisers reach the households served by our top-rated stations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of advertising clients across broadcast television and digital channels.
• Prospect for new business while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
• Build customized marketing and advertising proposals tailored to each client's goals.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets through consultative selling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and clients are satisfied.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with the drive to grow revenue.
• Comfort working on-site in the Saginaw, Saginaw County area.
• Experience in media, advertising, or business-to-business sales is an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
