What You'll Do

- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
What We're Looking For
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a thorough background investigation and security clearance
- Good physical condition and mental fitness for law enforcement work
- Strong ethical standards and genuine commitment to community service
- Lateral transfer candidates: current law enforcement certification and verifiable experience required
Compensation
Police Officer Trainees earn $6,122 to $6,275 per month during academy and field training phases.
