About the Role

As a senior consultant specializing in digital trust and online safety, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients navigating complex security, compliance, and user protection challenges. Your expertise will guide organizations in strengthening their defenses, modernizing their governance frameworks, and building cultures of security and accountability.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute digital trust and safety strategies tailored to client industry, risk profile, and regulatory landscape
• Design and implement policies, procedures, and controls to protect users and ensure regulatory adherence
• Assess existing security and compliance programs, identify gaps, and recommend maturation roadmaps
• Lead content compliance initiatives and user protection programs across multi-platform environments
• Advise senior leadership on emerging threats, regulatory trends, and best practices in cybersecurity and online safety
• Build and mentor cross-functional teams to execute transformation initiatives
• Document findings, recommendations, and implementation plans in clear, executive-ready formats

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, digital trust, compliance, risk management, or related consulting disciplines
• Proven track record advising Fortune 500 or mid-market organizations on security strategy and policy development
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA, industry-specific standards)
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, content moderation, user safety, and emerging online threats
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences
• Strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to influence organizational change
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSK, or similar) preferred
